Datasets

The HealthArchive datasets live in a separate repository:

This backend docs portal links out to the canonical datasets docs; it does not mirror them.

Operational dataset-release procedures are environment-specific and are kept outside the public docs portal. Public release artifacts should be published in the datasets repository.
