D4 Evidence Bundle

Use this folder for the UA-3 / G0-8 partner operations execution bundle.

Recommended dated contents:

  1. D4-YYYYMMDD-submission.md based on SUBMISSION_TEMPLATE.md
  2. D4-YYYYMMDD-partner-list.md based on PARTNER_LIST_TEMPLATE.md
  3. D4-YYYYMMDD-outreach-log.csv based on OUTREACH_LOG_TEMPLATE.csv
  4. D4-YYYYMMDD-artifact-inventory.md based on ARTIFACT_INVENTORY_TEMPLATE.md
  5. Dated email exports, screenshots, or CRM notes that support the outreach log
  6. Optional D4-YYYYMMDD-coverage-note.md if targeted counts or gaps need narrative context

Prepared draft packet:

  1. D4-20260428-submission.md - prep-only submission scaffold
  2. D4-20260428-partner-list.md - prep-only partner list
  3. D4-20260428-outreach-log.csv - prep-only outreach log
  4. D4-20260428-artifact-inventory.md - prep-only artifact inventory

These files are intentionally marked prep_only; they do not count as partner operations execution evidence until named targets, an outreach owner, and dated contact attempts are attached.

Minimum execution contents:

  1. Named pilot partner list that matches the D4 target range
  2. Submission ID that matches the dated submission filename prefix
  3. Artifact inventory mapping outreach-log source artifacts to an Artifact ID or Filename / location
  4. Explicit outreach owner
  5. Dated contact attempts with outcome/status detail
  6. Remaining gaps called out directly instead of inferred from silence

Suggested workflow:

  1. Fill the partner list first so target coverage is explicit.
  2. Record each dated contact attempt in the outreach log as evidence occurs.
  3. Fill the artifact inventory with each supporting Artifact ID and Filename / location.
  4. Add supporting screenshots or exports only when they materially improve audit traceability.
  5. Sync the accepted bundle back to the approval checklist and gate tracker after the evidence is complete.

This folder does not count as execution evidence until the artifacts are attached and the tracker is synchronized.
