CareConnect pre-retirement visual baseline — 2026-08-12

This folder preserves a dated, public-only visual baseline of the live CareConnect service before any retirement transition. It is evidence of the visible public surface at the capture time, not evidence of use, benefit, verification quality, or a completed retirement.

Capture boundary

• Captured 2026-08-12T13:35:12Z from public pages only.
• No sign-in, form submission, search, location request, service-record change, production mutation, deployment, or workflow change occurred.
• The desktop home capture was taken from /en; the mobile home captures use the same public page at a 390 × 844 viewport; the impact capture was taken from /en/impact.
• The rotating place label is transient UI state. It displayed Brampton when the screenshots were taken while the selected service area displayed Kingston; neither label is evidence of complete or current regional coverage.
• Existing public copy and counts are preserved as observed. Their appearance here does not endorse claims such as 204 total services, 8 verified services, quarterly reporting, or community benefit.
