CareConnect is an independent, community-oriented project shaped by manual curation, public reference sources, and ongoing feedback. This page lists stewardship details and source acknowledgments that can currently be confirmed publicly.

Advisory Board Status

CareConnect has an advisory board charter, but the board is still being formed. Until members are confirmed and consent to be named publicly, this page does not list individual advisors or imply formal representation.

Data Sources

Our "Kingston 150" dataset is manually curated and verification-led, but built upon the foundation of public data provided by:

  • 211 Ontario / Findhelp Information Services: For maintaining the provincial standard of social service formatting.
  • OpenStreetMap: For geocoding and mapping support.
